Singing lessons highlights
I offer personalized tutoring in singing, mainly focused on genres such as pop, folk, rock, and musical theatre. My patient and engaging teaching style emphasizes pitch perfection, confidence, and power. I am a firm believer in relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, and full-body warmups as essential foundations for singing. I create interactive lessons for kids, beginners, intermediates, and adults. I work on tailoring each lesson to the individual strengths and weaknesses of each student in order to optimize our time together. With tools such as detailed note-taking and practice plans, students can take their knowledge outside of the classroom and improve even more on their own time. I believe in the power of patience and positive affirmation, as well as gentle correction. Students deserve to feel safe and confident in their skills while still learning to work through their weaker points.
