Im Hollis. I have done a PhD in Engineering. I am a qualified Math Tutor with 4+ years of experience in helping students achieve their goals. I can teach basic math as well as advanced math. I specialize in teaching Calculus and Advanced Calculus. I also help students prepare for various AP exams like AP Calculus, AP Calculus ab, AP Calculus bc, and AP Pre Calculus. I teach much the way I was taught: learning to recognize my own mistakes. I will never give a student the answer, but I will help them realize where they went wrong so they can focus on their mistakes. Especially in mathematical subjects, true knowledge is in understanding the process of answering a question, and just knowing the answer is not enough. I work with students to recognize errors, and to help students be able to answer questions by themselves. For AP exams, I provide a lot of practice by using past paper questions and also help you figure out a test-taking strategy that works out for you.
