Hi, I am Cindy and I am a Bachelors of Science graduate with a specialty in teaching English with 5+ years of teaching experience. Teaching has brought me a lot of joy, and a lot of reward in that I get to share my passion for teaching along with seeing my students grow and learn to learn on their own are the biggest motivation for me. I have worked with students anywhere between the age grade of Kindergarden to Grade 12. I specialize in teaching English curriculum, reading comprehension, writing short prose, stories and compositions, listening skills, grammar and vocabulary. I work one on one with my students to improve their skills in learning and to improve their comprehension and understanding of the material. My expertise is in a wide array of subjects ranging from English reading comprehension to Grammar fundamentals. I offer personalized learning expereinces in English reading, spelling, vocab, listening, writing and even IELTs prep and TOEFL reading and listening comprehension prep. My specialties include conversational practice, cultural immersion and ensuring that each student gets a tailored approach to meet their unique needs.
