I am Dr. Siva Sree. I have completed my Ph.D. in the field of human resources. I have more than 5 years of research experience. I have more than two years of teaching experience in business administration subjects. Along with this, i also teach subjects like statistics and mathematics. I have research publications in several national and international journals. I have been currently working as an assistant professor. I teach the concepts in simple and easily understandable ways while laying emphasis on connecting theory to practice.

Class overview
My tutoring sessions are generally detailed. I help students with their assignments and test preparation. I value my students and take it on regular basis and tailor my pedagogies accordingly.

Mathematics concept taught by Garimidi
The session focused on random variables, distinguishing between continuous and discrete variables, and calculating expected values and standard deviations for discrete random variables. The Student practiced applying these concepts to a word problem involving expected profit. As homework, the Student will attempt additional problems related to discrete and continuous random variables, and is expected to ask any questions in the next session.
Random Variables: Discrete vs. Continuous
Probability Models for Discrete Random Variables
Expected Value (Mean) of a Discrete Random Variable
Variance and Standard Deviation of a Discrete Random Variable
Applying Expected Value to Decision-Making
Correlation Coefficient (R)
Coefficient of Determination (R²)
Slope Interpretation
Regression Equation
Linear Regression
Correlation
Scatter Plots
The session covered normal distributions, probability density functions, and the calculation and application of z-scores. The student practiced calculating probabilities using the z-table and converting between raw scores and z-scores. The tutor assigned additional practice problems and scheduled a follow-up session to review more topics.
