My teaching experience during the internship at Govt. Middle School Pipraud was highly valuable and enriching. It provided me with an opportunity to interact closely with students and understand their learning abilities, behavior, and educational needs. During this period, I learned that teaching is not only about completing lessons but also about motivating and guiding students toward personal and academic growth. I taught students using simple explanations, practical examples, and interactive activities to make learning easier and more interesting. I focused on creating a positive classroom environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions. This approach helped improve their confidence and classroom involvement. Through this experience, I developed important skills such as communication, classroom management, patience, leadership, and problem-solving. I also learned how to handle students with different learning speeds by giving extra support to those who needed additional guidance. Encouraging students and appreciating their efforts played an important role in improving their confidence and performance. Apart from academics, I participated in co-curricular activities and encouraged teamwork, discipline, and creativity among students. My interaction with experienced teachers also helped me improve my teaching methods and professional attitude. Overall, my teaching experience helped me grow both personally and professionally. It strengthened my understanding of the importance of education and inspired me to become a responsible, supportive, and effective teacher who can positively influence students’ lives.
