I am a computer science teacher having experience of more than 3 years with specialization in tutoring computer science, web development, and artificial intelligence to elementary, middle, and high school students. I tailor my tutoring to benefit individual needs, focusing on personalized learning and concept understanding. I excel in improving grades and exam preparation and also enhance coding skills through programming. My main goal for teaching is not only to keep teaching the subject but also focus on development of skilled skills like coding, problem solving, debugging. I do not consider examinations as the only measure of a student’s understanding. Regular feedback helps students identify their strengths and areas that require improvement. I try to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner so that students remain motivated rather than discouraged. One challenge I often encounter is the variation in students’ academic backgrounds and learning pace. In a typical classroom, some students understand concepts immediately, while others require additional attention and revision. To address this issue, I often conduct remedial sessions and doubt-clearing classes for students who need extra support. I believe that the role of a teacher is not only to teach high-performing students but also to uplift those who struggle academically.
