Want to learn Economics, trading and how is it applicable in real life? Learn from a dedicated MBA veteran!

I have been teaching economics since 2014 after 2 decades in the corporate world. Wherein my experiences of being a stock broker, fund management, sales management were combined with my understanding of economics. But it did'nt stop there as every year brought in new challenges for me to learn and teach the next generation who will face it as i approach my senior years. With my practical and theoretical experience i explain to the students how the economic theories work in real life such as economic role playing as a consumer, producer, distributor etc I also have my students do case study research on various sectors such a the linkages between agriculture and industries that have a final end effect on the consumer on the choices they make. In the process we delve deeper as to the effects taxes are collected and how it is used for in the proper context. As this is also an economic issue since government oversight and taxation do have an impact economically. I also at times conduct market simulations such as simulated stock market trading, using the philippine stock exchange portal in real time. For real estate and other market simulation i conduct a modified time bound board game such as monopoly to seehow the participants would act given the right conditions.
