I am connected to yoga, meditation, stress handling techniques, mood booster tricks, some spiritual practices since 2010 and from 2021 i found it more interesting and meaningful when it is connected to spirit levels and work on our thoughts, actions, speech, karma theory and main aim of our lives. Why ate we here on planet earth, wht we are connected to a particular set of good and bad people, their rile in our lives and getting different emotions from actions and words of those people, are we getting stressed from their words or some unwanted actions from them. But what is the outcome of those actions and what was and is our reaction to them in words snd our actions for them or against them. It's a deep theory of brain wiring, karma theory, mindset, mindfulness, and results of different practices and programming of our mind and believes on which our actions and words are based on. How much we feel affected from others in terms of their physical presence, their actions and words spoken by them is great thing of science within our body that is purely affected by our food, dail8rourine, yoga practices performed on each day and what is the intensity of each action performed by us in work are and in family life. How much we are true to our self is the most important part of our personality.
