Mathematics is not everyone cup of coffee and I consider myself to be blessed as I have been teaching this particular subject to students from the last 11-12years. In general, students also Students hesitate in doing this particular subject. Taking about my qualification, I have done Bachelors in Non-medical and masters in mathematics from a renowned university. I have great interest in science, especially mathematics as it is all about dealing with numbers. Professionally I have taught in a college as an Associate professor and currently working as a freelancer tutor, helping students in making them understand different concepts of mathematics, clearing their doubts. So far, I am making all the possible efforts to increase students inclination towards mathematics. Lets embark on this learning journey together and unleash math potential in you.

Class overview
Mathematics is not a theoretical subject, so sometimes I make use of power point presentations and videos to explain a particular concept. As I believe visuals have more impactful, and this aid in better understanding than listening. Moreover, I plan my sessions keeping in mind a student's requirements and targets. Some students require more practise and more attention towards certain topics, so sessions are planned according to their pace. My priority is to have an interactive session in which a student asks multiple questions , clears one’s doubts . This ensures that pupil is able to understand in a better way. Also, I make sure that a student gets proper attention and is willing to learn more. My main teaching methodology is to increase students inclination towards this subject and remove their fear of mathematics. Apart from this, I am also helping students in completing their assignments and homework. They are able to complete their work assessments within the given time period

Mathematics concepts taught by Prangna
The student practiced decimal operations and converted mixed numbers to improper fractions. They worked on addition, subtraction, and multiplication of decimals, and also reviewed fraction concepts through interactive games. The tutor guided the student through problem-solving and reinforced fundamental rules for decimal and fraction manipulation.

The student reviewed graphing linear inequalities, focusing on converting inequalities to linear equations, plotting points, and shading the appropriate regions of the coordinate plane. The student practiced multiple example problems to reinforce the concepts. The tutor suggested the student review their notes from the previous class to remember the different methods of finding points for drawing a graph.
Graphing Linear Inequalities: Introduction
Plotting Points and Graphing Lines
Using Intercepts for Graphing
Testing Regions with a Test Point
Interpreting Inequality Symbols on a Graph
The session focused on coordinate geometry, specifically plotting points and finding reflections across the x and y axes. The student practiced identifying coordinates and determining the new coordinates after reflection. The Tutor emphasized remembering the rules for sign changes during reflection.

Plotting Points on a Coordinate Plane
Identifying Coordinates
The student practiced multiplication and division, including multi-digit problems. The session also covered identifying numbers before and after a given number, which involved place value understanding. There was no homework assigned, but continued practice with multiplication tables would be helpful.

The Student and Tutor reviewed geometry concepts including angles on a straight line and right angles, followed by an introduction to coordinate plane graphing. The session covered identifying positive and negative regions on the X and Y axes and plotting points. The Student practiced finding mirror images of points across the X and Y axes in preparation for an upcoming test.
