Your english tutor - Shiela Marie
Teaching is really my passion since I'm a licensed professional teacher. I encountered different kinds of student characteristics. Some are smart, and some are not. Some are willing to learn, and some don't show interest in learning. I need to be more engaging during the lesson and funnier and more interactive to catch students' attention. So far I haven't received any negative feedback from my students and parents. They all loved me, especially my teaching skills. I can make especially my kids enjoy while they are learning. I want them to learn while having fun. In my two years of experience as an ESL teacher, I never regretted it. I do love my students, especially their loyalty. They don't even pick any other teacher aside from me. That's why I treasure them. I want to teach them, and at the end of the lesson, I want them to learn. I want them to never forget me as days pass by and that they learned something from me.

English classes quick guide
My teaching methods are simple. I'm a student-centered teacher; I allow my students to read, speak, and comprehend. I also involved activities for interactive student participation. I see to it that my students learn after each lesson. I focus on my students; I allow them to read sentences and let them explain what they have understood from the sentences they have read. If they struggle to understand it, then that's the time I have to explain to them what they have to know and learn. Before the end of the lesson I always make a quick review to know that they are really learning during our discussions. Ask them in words, phrases, and sentences. I also allow them to ask questions whenever they are confused with regard to our lesson. I make sure that I'm not ending my discussion leaving students with confusion. I also remind them to focus on reading those words and phrases they struggle to speak and understand. I remind them to practice those words and phrases and even advise them to read English books to further enhance their English vocabulary. Students really learn when teachers allow them to.
