About your engineering tutor
My name is Anmol Kumar. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a strong academic background and a deep interest in solving core mechanical engineering problems. I completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, and currently I am pursuing my Master’s degree with a specialization in Semiconductor Material and Processing. My academic journey has always been focused on strengthening my fundamentals and applying them to real engineering challenges. I have consistently demonstrated strong academic performance, and one of my key achievements is qualifying GATE multiple times — in 2020, 2023, and 2025. Clearing GATE repeatedly reflects my strong conceptual understanding of subjects like Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Strength of Materials, Machine Design, and Manufacturing Engineering. Preparing for GATE helped me develop a problem-solving mindset, time management skills, and the ability to handle complex numerical and analytical questions under pressure. I consider myself a strong mechanical problem solver. Whenever I face a technical problem, I first try to understand the fundamentals behind it. I believe that most mechanical engineering problems can be solved if the basic concepts are clear. Whether it is stress analysis, heat transfer mechanisms, pump performance, or machine element design, I approach problems systematically — by identifying known parameters, assumptions, governing equations, and boundary conditions before reaching a solution. Thanks

My teaching methodology is based on building strong fundamentals and ensuring deep conceptual clarity. I believe that students should first understand the basic principles and logic behind every topic before attempting numerical problems. I explain concepts step-by-step in simple and clear language, connecting theory with practical applications and real-life engineering examples. I encourage students to ask questions freely and develop analytical thinking instead of memorizing formulas. I focus on structured problem-solving techniques, shortcut strategies where applicable, and effective time management skills, especially for competitive exams like GATE and other technical examinations. I regularly conduct revision sessions, practice tests, and doubt-clearing discussions to monitor progress and strengthen weak areas. My ultimate goal is to build confidence, improve accuracy, and develop independent problem-solving ability in every student.
