I am a dedicated STEM educator with more than 5 years of experience. I specialize in MS Office, Web Development, Coding, Databases, Data Structures, Cyber Security and Computer Science research. I have been a tutor in Computer Science, a K-12 CS teacher and a University level adjunct professor. I have worked with a wide range of students from elementary to adult learners in areas of Computer Science. I have taught courses in Computer Science, AP Computer Science, Intro to Information Technology, C++ , Advanced Computer Concepts and Computer Literacy. My teaching approach includes hands-on coding, logical reasoning development, step-by step tutorials, real world applications and problem solving to immerse students in an engaging learning experience. I believe that with the proper time and training any student can learn Computer Science. I like to engage students by developing their critical thinking skills and asking them engaging questions that shift their thinking and develop their overall understanding of Computer Science. I utilize a variety of platforms such as online integrated development environments, simulations, games, and online exercises. By integrating these diverse teaching methods and tools, I ensure students are able to grasp complex materials. To extend student knowledge I develop effective learning material to supplement lessons in alignment with the students curriculum or goals.
