Hello, my name is Gaisly. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher and TEFL-certified, with almost three years of experience as an ESL teacher, teaching students online, and three years of face-to-face teaching experience as a college instructor. Teaching is my passion, especially teaching kids. I truly enjoy teaching students from different backgrounds. I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and meaningful lessons that help students feel confident using English. I can teach beginners English basics, including vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence construction, and simple conversation. I am patient, friendly, and supportive, and I always encourage my students to do their best. My teaching methodology focuses on creating a student-centered, engaging, and supportive learning environment, especially for kids and beginner learners. I have taught over 700 students online, and I also have strong experience teaching face-to-face as a college instructor. Because of this, I am flexible in adjusting my teaching style based on my students’ age, level, and learning goals. For beginners, I focus on building a strong foundation in English by teaching basic vocabulary, pronunciation, phonics, simple grammar, and sentence construction. I use repetition, visuals, games, and guided practice to help students understand and remember lessons. For kids, I make learning fun and interactive by using songs, pictures, rewards, and simple activities to keep them motivated and confident. I use different online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and other ESL tools to conduct smooth and effective classes. I am also capable of creating my own teaching materials, including slides, worksheets, and customized activities that match my students’ needs and learning pace. I regularly assess my students’ progress and give gentle corrections and positive feedback to help them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing skills. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using English while building confidence, fluency, and a love for learning in every class.
