I am a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and providing excellent customer service. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mindanao Tagum College, which allows me to understand and adapt to different learning styles effectively. I have over a year of experience as a Social Media Manager, and during this time, I developed strong communication and instructional skills, which I now bring to my teaching. Additionally, I have worked as an ESL teacher, helping students improve their English speaking, reading, and writing skills in a structured yet engaging way. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and communicative, focusing on practical language use and building confidence in real-life situations. I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya, which helps me connect with learners from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment, adapting lessons to meet each student’s individual goals and interests.

My teaching methodology is student-centered and goal-oriented, focusing on building confidence and practical communication skills. I tailor each lesson based on the learner’s level, goals, and learning style to ensure effective and engaging sessions. I use a communicative approach, encouraging students to speak as much as possible through guided practice, real-life scenarios, and interactive activities. Lessons are structured but flexible, combining controlled practice with freer speaking tasks to gradually develop fluency and accuracy. I also use task-based activities, real-life examples, and continuous feedback to help students apply what they learn immediately. For children, I incorporate fun, age-appropriate activities to keep lessons enjoyable and motivating, while maintaining clear learning objectives.
