My teaching techniques depends on the needs required by students, along with that i try to include daily practice problems in my session as well as day to day live examples. Also if students are comfortable i make them solve the questions in class such that i can help them in each steps. Usual structure of my classes are daily practice question involved in each session, and regular test whose frequencies depends upon the requirement by each student. My special feature as a teacher is that I'm a good listener and can give you plentiful explanation along with new examples for difficult topic. Apart, from subject knowledge if a student feels there is something he/she needs to talk for suggestion, i will be more than happy to help.
