Supportive Violin tutor offering adaptable and collaborative lessons

As a violin tutor, I believe in a patient and supportive teaching approach that is adaptable to each student's needs. I strive to create a collaborative and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged to express themselves through music. By tailoring the lessons to the student's interests, I make sure that they stay engaged and motivated to learn. I teach Suzuki method, which places an emphasis on developing an ear for music, before learning to read music. However, I'm happy to teach students who already know how to read music. I have extensive experience in various styles of music, including classical, pop, rock, jazz, Celtic, Gypsy, Latin American, Blues and Soul/Motown.
