See and then believe. Engineering is an art where you explore your creative minds and not just mug up

I have taught 4 btech students from both electrical engineering and electrical and electronics engineering, and they all have acquired 8.5 to 8.9 gpa in their own grades. Also 3 of diploma electrical students have cracked technical jobs under my guidance. It is with pride i can tell that all those who were under me had a very good conceptual knowledge without which they wouldn't be in a state to crack the jobs and interviews. Also the last minute suggestion given to them were 80 percent correct and al were surprised to see. I would love to help more and more students that they can achieve the dream of getting good jobs in govt as well as private sector or in their own technical field for further studies or any other applications which would be their choice. I want my students to grow good knowledge both conceptual and analytics so they excel

I try giving them conceptual thinking driving them think in practical scenario where exactly the items or machines should match and they can visualise the subject by which they can understand the topic quickly and would never ever forget the concept. Also regular revision will help them remind the things that they learn each day and should not forget the past learning. I am a believer of self practice...so I would help them think in a more critucal way so that they can themselves come up with the solution with a little help from my side and can dig deep into the subject and can grow more. Also the subjects I teach is in a manner that it is not a burden to mug up..but to love the subject and visually understanding what exactly is the topic and can grow interest to learn more on their own without much external help. I believe in self confidence which I have
