Your english tutor - Wayne
My experience as a teacher/tutor of the English language (ESL) started with the desire to connect cultures through language. Through emphasis on empathy and authentic interaction, I have helped countless students, regardless of their circumstances, build fluency. A defining chapter of mine was my volunteer work in rural Costa Rica, where I taught English to children in underprivileged communities. That experience solidified my conviction that education should be accessible and engaging. I now combine creative thinking, cultural understanding and pragmatic techniques to help students feel powerful and turn language into an instrument of connection and possibility. Learning a second language opened doors for me, and now I help others open theirs. I genuinely love what I do. I'm excited to have you in my upcoming class! Welcome!
