Hello! I'm Nidhi Kesarkar, a postgraduate Economist from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune and soon to pursue a PhD in Economics from the University of Birmingham, UK. Previously worked as a Product & Process Manager at Aditya Birla Finance. Ever since completing my graduation from HR college, Mumbai I was interested to further learn Economics. However, as quickly as I enrolled for an M.Sc in Economics and Finance, I realised that the subjects can get a little tough and confusing very soon. Hence, it's my goal to make Economics and Finance as interesting as possible for students and help them understand the subjects. My teaching methodology in economics is all about making complex concepts simple, relatable, and enjoyable. I blend real-world examples, stories, and case studies to show how economics is part of our daily lives—from why prices rise to how countries trade. I use visuals, interactive discussions, and quick quizzes to keep students engaged and thinking critically. I believe in learning by doing, so I often include role plays, simulations, and current news debates. My goal is to turn curiosity into understanding and help students not just learn economics, but think like economists in a way that’s fun, clear, and never boring. I also personalize lessons based on students’ learning styles, ensuring everyone grasps key ideas with confidence and enthusiasm. Feedback is welcomed regularly to ensure growth and motivation.
