I'm Hiu Fu Chan, a dedicated piano tutor with over 5 years of experience. I hold a Diploma in music and currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Music at Hong Kong Baptist University, specializing in early childhood education and piano pedagogy. My journey in music began at the age of seven in Hong Kong, leading me to achieve my ATCL Recital in Piano with Merit in Australia at eighteen. I honed my skills under the guidance of Polish pianist Christine Faron during my Bachelor's at the Australian National University. With a focus on personalized learning, I cover a wide range of subjects including chord theory, ear training, performance skills, and more. Whether it's piano for kids, beginners, or adults, I tailor my lessons to suit all levels of expertise. I have successfully taught students from diverse backgrounds, from 5-year-old children to retired adults. My students not only stay motivated but also excel in ABRSM exams, thanks to my expert teaching in scales, arpeggios, and piano repertoire.
