Calculus and Algebra lessons with problem-solving focus

I'm Currently a 4th year undergraduate Computer Engineering CO-OP student at McMaster University, looking to specialize in Software Development. I have been genuinely interested in Hardware Design and Software Development. I started my tutoring journey back in 2017 during my grade 12 year. I tutored Maths (Functions and Relations, Calculus, Pre-Calculus) and Sciences (Physics, Chemistry) mainly, but now I am equipped with even more knowledge that would be beneficial to students. I'm proficient in Java, Python, C, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and many libraries such as Bootstrap JQuery and many MySQL and Node.js when it comes to Back-End Development. I have also progressed a lot further with my hardware engineering skills, as in my electrical engineering courses. Through my degree I have learned that Complex Hardware and Software Intensive projects must be built so that they are safe, secure, sustainable, and dependable.

My educational approach for coding and electrical engineering courses is centered around hands-on learning and real-world application. I cater to a diverse audience, from high school students to professionals looking to upskill. Each session is meticulously designed to balance theoretical concepts with practical exercises, allowing students to code or build circuits from the very first class. In addition to traditional teaching methods, I incorporate project-based learning, where students tackle problems or create projects that mimic real-world challenges. This not only enhances their understanding but also boosts their problem-solving skills and creativity. I make extensive use of digital tools and software to simulate environments where students can experiment and test their designs safely. Regular feedback sessions with students and, where applicable, their parents, are crucial to adapt the learning pace and content to better suit the learner's needs. I also provide support with assignments, projects, and preparation for exams to ensure comprehensive understanding and success in their coding and electrical engineering pursuits.
