Hello! I'm Cheryll Varon, a passionate Math tutor with a master's degree in Mathematics and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I have 19 years of teaching experience, both in the regular classroom and online. To highlight my teaching career, I was awarded "Teacher of the Year" at Grand Canyon University last May 2018. I've been the teacher lead in Algebra 2, assisting my colleagues to deliver effective and efficient lessons daily, especially during the pandemic when we transitioned to online learning. My teaching philosophy revolves around making Math fun and engaging for students of all levels, whether Elementary School Math or AP Precalculus.
