Practical Solidworks & Catia lessons with problem solving focus

I am a postgraduate from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom where I earned a Masters in Science (MSc by Research) degree with a specialization in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering and Astronomy. I did my undergraduate degree from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore in BE Mechanical Engineering. I also started my Post Doctoral research program at Herriot Watt University, United Kingdom with Ph.D. in Mechanical engineering specializing in design and stress/ thermal analysis.  During my time in the UK, I completed an internship and started my career as an Executive engineer and then was promoted to Operations manager for 5 years with KF engineering solutions firm, where I gained valuable experience in research and development, as well as project management. In addition to my formal education and engineering work experience, I have also been actively involved in academics as a faculty member and as a mentor. I was a teaching faculty at the University of Glasgow and Herriott Watt University during my tenure as a student researcher at respective Universities, helping and guiding fellow students' communities. I also did the same during my undergraduate, helping students with SAE clubs, and design and fabrication teams and I also was the student mentor for the manufacturing team (The Garage) for the last 2 years of my tenure at Kumaraguru College of Technology. I am confident that my education, experience, and extracurricular activities have prepared me well for a career as an engineering tutor. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and research skills.

My teaching strategies are totally based on the requirements of the students. As the learning requirements of each student are different. Generally, I explain each and every concept in the most simplified way I can, and I am also keen on listening to the students doubts and providing clarifications to them. I try to keep my students as engaged in the class discussions as I can. I also assist them with their assignments, homework, and test preparation.
