Teaching methodology
Mathematics is not a theoretical subject, so sometimes I make use of power point presentations and videos to explain a particular concept. As I believe visuals have more impactful, and this aid in better understanding than listening. Moreover, I plan my sessions keeping in mind a student's requirements and targets. Some students require more practise and more attention towards certain topics, so sessions are planned according to their pace. My priority is to have an interactive session in which a student asks multiple questions , clears one’s doubts . This ensures that pupil is able to understand in a better way. Also, I make sure that a student gets proper attention and is willing to learn more. My main teaching methodology is to increase students inclination towards this subject and remove their fear of mathematics. Apart from this, I am also helping students in completing their assignments and homework. They are able to complete their work assessments within the given time period

AP concepts taught by Prangna
The Tutor and Student reviewed multiplication tables and explored the concepts of squares and cubes. They practiced long division using a step-by-step method and began introducing a shortcut for finding half of a number, with plans to tackle division by larger numbers in the next session.

Squares and Cubes
Long Division Introduction
Understanding 'Half Of' as Division by Two
The student and tutor reviewed key concepts in geometry, including the definitions of volume and surface area, and formulas for cylinders, circles, triangles, rectangles, and parallelograms. They practiced applying these formulas and calculating areas and perimeters, and also briefly reviewed division. The class served as a review session based on the student's request.
Volume vs. Surface Area
Cylinder Formulas: Volume and Surface Area
Circle Formulas: Circumference and Area
Triangle and Parallelogram: Area and Perimeter
Rectangle Properties: Area and Perimeter
The tutor introduced the foundational concepts of trigonometry, including trigonometric ratios (sine, cosine, tangent) in right-angled triangles and the unit circle. They practiced calculating basic ratios and understanding the relationships between degrees and radians, with a plan to cover quadrants and further applications in the next session.

The Student and Tutor worked extensively on graphing and solving linear inequalities. They practiced finding intercepts, plotting lines, shading solution regions using test points, and interpreting different inequality symbols and scenarios. The session also included setting up inequalities from word problems and identifying valid solution points on the graph.
