Nidhi and the student practiced converting between different units of measurement (kilograms to grams, liters to milliliters, meters to centimeters, etc.) and expressing the ratios of these measurements in their simplest forms. The student worked through several examples, converting units and simplifying ratios. The session covered length, mass and volume measurements.

Nidhi and Ranch reviewed the concepts of radius, diameter, and circumference of circles, including calculating circumference when given the radius or diameter, and vice versa. They also covered circumference of semicircles. Nidhi assigned practice questions on circumference for Ranch to review before the next session.

Nidhi and Jora reviewed integers, number lines, and rules for addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Jora practiced evaluating expressions and applying the rules for integers. Jora was assigned to redo all the questions from the session and review the properties of integers for the next meeting.

Nidhi Pandey tutored a student from Alief Elsik High School on solving algebraic equations. The lesson focused on using the distributive property, combining like terms, and working with fractions. The learner practiced problems from a worksheet, concentrating on isolating variables and simplifying expressions. This involved step-by-step guidance on finding common denominators and applying inverse operations to solve equations.

Nidhi worked with a student on graphing linear equations and finding solutions to systems of equations. The student practiced converting equations to the y = mx + c form, creating data tables, and plotting the lines. They worked through several examples, and Nidhi provided guidance on selecting appropriate scales and verifying solutions. Nidhi suggested the student send her the worksheet they wanted to work on before their next session on Sunday.
