My name is Hardik M. Pandya. I am from Rajkot, Gujarat. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Saurashtra University in 2009, Rajkot, and my Master of Technology in Power Electronics and Electrical Drives from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, in 2013. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Power Quality and Distributed Generation from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat. When I teach, the only purpose or motive behind doing the said task is to uplift the students in terms of knowledge, and I really feel and do that whatever knowledge I have with me in my area of interests, I should be delivering as well as providing them the same. I always prepare myself to explain the basics and fundamental concepts of the subject in context. Hence, I always start from scratch. I teach the rationale behind studying a particular subject or topic. I usually teach the concepts by connecting them to real-life examples.

Firstly, I discuss the theory portion, and then, after clearing the concepts, I go into the depths of the concerned topic of the subject. For example, if there is any numerical or sum with respect to the topic, then most of the time it has to be solved manually. As far as theory portions are concerned, in order to save time, I may use PPT.
