Flexibility is key in adapting my approach to suit each student's learning style, pace, and needs, allowing for personalized support. I uphold Integrity by providing honest, constructive feedback and fostering a transparent learning environment. Accountability is built into my approach by setting clear goals and regularly tracking progress, ensuring students stay motivated and focused. Finally, I cultivate Positivity, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages confidence and resilience, helping students embrace challenges with a growth mindset. In addition to NAPLAN Maths, I also offer tutoring in relevant subjects, applying this same student-centered methodology to promote overall academic success.
