My name is Valentina Flores and I possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the fields of SAT, ESL, and GRE Prep. I possess a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Colorado Boulder University and I have 10 years of experience teaching many variations of students. I became a tutor as I wanted to use the knowledge and experience I had gained to good use. I tutor students for competitive exams as I believe the tutoring does not get repetitive and monotonous and it holds a lot of significance in shaping the lives of the students.

Teaching methodology
SAT prep requires mastery over two subjects:
1. Math
2. English
For math, I will provide plenty of problem-solving activities and also schedule separate classes to clear any misconceptions they might have about the subject.
For English, I will conduct grammar and literary exercises to help students understand the functionality of English. After ensuring that these are done, I will conduct mock tests and solve past papers with the students to help simulate the environment of an SAT and also help build students' self-esteem.
