Founder & CEO

Asit, the Founder and CEO of Wiingy, launched the company in 2021 with a vision to connect high quality tutors with global learners. Wiingy specializes in seamlessly matching students and tutors from any corner of the world, emphasizing its core mission of delivering quality education at an affordable cost. Before establishing Wiingy, Asit was the Chief Supply and Operations Officer for OYO’s managed hotel business. He holds an MBA from the esteemed IIM Ahmedabad. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Asit constantly draws inspiration from startup success stories and is often found immersed in the latest entrepreneurship podcasts.

Rajesh is co-founder of Wiingy. Rajesh leads tutor and customer experience at Wiingy. Prior to Wiingy, Rajesh worked in multiple business leadership roles scaling OYO’s hospital business in South East Asia and Japan. Rajesh holds an MBA from Xaviers Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar. Rajesh loves to travel and you can’t keep him away from the gym for too long!

Anshul is a co-founder and product and growth leader at Wiingy. He is responsible for new product development and go-to-market at Wiingy. He is a seasoned business leader with 15 years of experience across multiple global businesses in consumer tech, finance, and consulting. He has deep expertise in building & scaling new businesses and high-performance teams. Outside of work, he loves travelling and outdoors. He is a motorsport enthusiast and among the winners of “Raid-de-Himalaya” one of the toughest motorsport rallies in the world.

Arpit Rankwar

Arpit leads tech at Wiingy. He is a founding team member of Wiingy and has donned multiple hats ranging from curriculum design to web development. Arpit holds a Bachelor's degree with a major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Computer Science. Arpit is a prolific full stack coder skilled in front end, back end and mobile development. He has special interest in AI, Machine Learning and Robotics. Arpit has expertise in programming hardware using platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. He holds two patents for his products

Prerit is our in-house expert in all things numbers - Math, Statistics, and Data Science. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Prerit was among the top 0.1% percentile among 1.5 million applicants in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Prerit loves teaching and has been building our Math curriculum and content. He also leads our tutor onboarding team where he is responsible for selecting, onboarding, and training new STEM tutors on the Wiingy platform. Outside of work, Prerit loves to read autobiographies and watch documentaries while travelling across, exploring the world! His favourite book is Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Priyanshi Agrawal

Priyanshi is one of the founding team members at Wiingy. She has played many different roles right from being our very first tutor, to a content creator, and a curriculum designer, and now she manages student experience at Wiingy. She has tutored over 500+ elementary, middle and high school students personally on a range of STEM topics. She brings expertise in coding, robotics, and general sciences topics for kids. Besides STEM she has deep knowledge of standardised test prep such as SAT, ACT, NAPLAN, and Opportunity Classes and writes often about strategies to help students ace these exams. Priyanshi is a tech enthusiast with a love for robotics and loves staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.

Susmita is a founding team member at Wiingy. Susmita leads the academic advisory function for Wiingy. She has a deep passion for education and loves to see her students succced. She is a specialist in business development with rich experience in ed-tech and prop-tech sectors. Susmita holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science. Susmita is a movie and OTT buff and never misses a chance to binge watch her favourite comedy shows.

Nipun Bindal

Nipun Bindal

Nipun is our in-house expert on Robotics, Mechatronix and Design. He loves tinkering and creating new Robots on a host of educational robotics platforms such as Arduino, ESP32 and micro:bit. Many of his tinkering experiments have been included into our STEM courses for kids. Nipun loves working at the intersection of software and hardware and he holds a CSWA certification in SolidWorks. Nipun has been instrumental in building our coding and robotics curriculum and expanding the STEM tutoring services. Nipun loves all things tech and has a keen interest in gaming.
